Neighborhoods on the Move
Join us at the Park of Roses in Clintonville on Sat., Aug. 31, from 10-11:30 a.m. as we move through the park learning and practicing MovNat -- moving naturally -- with walking, running, jumping, balancing, climbing, rolling, crawling, lifting/carrying, throwing/catching and exploring the less explored edges of the park.
Never tried it before? No worries, we'll coach you and keep you safe. Cyclists, triathletes, runners ... no matter what specialized sport you enjoy, mix up your conditioning with the MovNat experience and look at exercise and movement in a new way ... in nature.
We’ll adapt our movements to the environment, work together and teach you safe and efficient technique along the way.
Dress in comfortable clothing that can get wet and dirty. Bring a water bottle and a Paleo snack to share afterward.
We'll coordinate two groups so everyone can learn and have fun from beginner to intermediate/advanced.
Bring your friends and active children age 14 and up.
We'll meet at the shelter house to the left as you pass the bike racks (near the main Park of Roses sign/garden.)
Thank you for your support and get ready to move well, explore nature and have fun!
Register Here. Questions? firstname.lastname@example.org
Future events will be around Columbus and posted soon with the Audubon Park and Creekside Gahanna in Sept.
We'll ask for a donation payment to our coaches afterward; hopefully you will be moved by the experience with us. To say thank you, we’ll donate a percentage to the Train4Autism Columbus Chapter.
